CRAAE

The CRAAE building is one of the most modern buildings in Abidjan. The building was designed in 2003 by one of the best architects in Africa, Mr Guillaume Koffy.
It includes two wings (A-> apartments; B-> office building).

For the air conditioning system, Mr Koffy, was looking for a system with following assets:
• Flexible
• Reliable
• Not visible
• Low energy consumption

That's how he chose for the Daikin VRV system. He placed the majority of the outdoor units in machinery rooms (one per floor) and connected them to a duct in order to evacuate the exhaust air.
